Behind MIRØ
A house we loved living in.
There are places where you feel good from the very first moment. MIRØ was one of them.
We imagined this house for you, with the desire to bring nature indoors and to play with light, materials and reflections. And then we felt so good in it that we lived there for several years.
Today, we want to share this place that is dear to us. And with it, the pleasure of welcoming guests, a taste for beautiful things and attention to detail.

From MIRØ, discover Our, its stone houses, the river and the paths around. Take the time to wander through the village, then head into the forest. The house is a starting point to explore the surroundings at your own pace.

How many guests can stay at MIRØ?
The house sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The independent RØC studio can complete the stay to host up to eight guests in total, subject to availability.
What does the stay include?
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and wood are included in the price of your stay. Towels for the Nordic bath, pre-heating of the bath on request and electric vehicle charging are extra. Prices of extras are confirmed before booking.
Is the Nordic bath included?
Yes, the Nordic bath (outdoor hot tub) is available throughout your stay, wood included. Pre-heating before your arrival and dedicated towels are available on request for an extra charge.
How do arrival and departure work?
Planned arrival at 4 pm and departure at 11 am, or at 6 pm on Sunday for a long weekend; times are confirmed to you before your stay. Access is self-service with a key box.
How do I request an option?
Mention what you fancy in the message: pre-heated bath, wine tasting, chef at home, breakfast or a gourmet treat. We will confirm the options and prices.
What are the house rules?
The house is non-smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed and quiet is requested outside after 10 pm.
Is the house accessible for guests with reduced mobility?
No, the house is not equipped with access for guests with reduced mobility. If you have any questions about access, please write to us.
